About a month after RESET, our website provider refunded many of you the price of your ticket. They did this without warning or proper cause, and the loss is devastating to the three of us who fronted the cost out of our own pockets. Inexplicably, we have no legal recourse.
For the past few months, I’ve spent hours on the phone with their customer service, exchanged what seems like a million emails, and cried just as many tears.
(Swallows pride) Would you do the following for me?
Check your credit card statements from the fall to see if you were refunded
Click the link below to re-purchase your ticket at whichever level you can
If you weren’t refunded, but would be willing to stand in the gap for someone who was but cannot re-purchase, please do the same
Believe me, this embarrassing ask was the absolute last resort. But if the RESET event impacted your life and you could help us recoup this devastating loss, we would be so so grateful.
